Made-to-Order Shipping

At DialUpDuo, most items are made, packed, and shipped with care from Arizona. We are a small online gift shop, so your order is handled by real humans, not pulled from a giant mystery warehouse.

Where We Ship

DialUpDuo currently ships within the United States only. We hope to expand to more locations in the future, so stay tuned.

Processing Times

Processing times can vary by item and order volume, but most orders are made and packed within 1-2 business days.

Some custom or made-to-order items may take longer, especially if the design requires extra setup, color changes, or a mockup approval. If we need to confirm details before making your item, we may follow up by email. Delayed replies may delay processing and shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-5 business days after they are shipped, but delivery estimates can vary during busy seasons, holidays, or weather delays.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Please refer to the tracking information provided for your order for the most accurate delivery updates.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $50. This is a great excuse to bundle a few small gifts together. Very practical. Very dangerous for your cart.

Shipping FAQ

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the updated shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, we are not able to change the delivery address.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after a label is created or the package is scanned by the carrier. This is especially common during busy shipping seasons.

If your tracking has not updated after a couple of days, contact us through our Contact Page or use the floating chat button on our website and we’ll help take a look.

My package looks stuck or lost. What should I do?

If your package has had no tracking movement for 5 or more business days, we recommend contacting USPS first since they have the most direct access to package scans and local delivery details.

Can I get my order faster?

We do not currently offer guaranteed express shipping, but if you need something quickly, contact us before placing your order. We’ll let you know what may be possible based on the item, current order volume, and shipping timeline.

Do custom orders take longer?

Sometimes. Custom or made-to-order items may require extra setup time or email confirmation before we make them. If a mockup or approval is needed, replying quickly helps us keep your order moving.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
