Accessibility Statement

DialUpDuo LLC wants everyone to be able to browse, shop, and play on www.dialupduo.com. We are a small shop in Phoenix, Arizona, and we take accessibility seriously as an ongoing part of how we build the site, not a one-time checkbox.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the widely accepted standard for accessible websites, and it guides the decisions we make about color contrast, keyboard support, text alternatives, and motion.

What We Have Built With Accessibility in Mind

  • Keyboard access: menus, dialogs, drawers, forms, and buttons can be operated without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
  • Screen reader support: semantic headings, labeled controls, alt text on product imagery, and ARIA attributes where they help rather than hurt.
  • Color and contrast: our text and interface colors are checked against WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Reduced motion: decorative animation on the site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Zoom and text scaling: pages stay usable when zoomed up to 200 percent.

Known Limitations

  • Checkout, customer account pages, and some embedded services are provided by Shopify and other vendors. We choose vendors with strong accessibility track records, but we do not control every detail of those experiences.
  • Our gift-finder games are an optional, playful way to browse. Everything they offer can also be reached through regular collection and product pages.
  • Some older product photos may have brief descriptions. We improve these as we find them.

Tell Us If Something Is Hard to Use

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use with assistive technology, we genuinely want to know. Email contact@dialupduo.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and a short description of what happened and what browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will work with you to get you the product information or checkout help you need in the meantime.
